Allow delayed autojoin in ERC (Bug#5521).

* erc/erc-join.el (erc-autojoin-timing, erc-autojoin-delay): New vars.
(erc-autojoin-channels-delayed, erc-autojoin-after-ident): New
functions.
(erc-autojoin-channels): Allow autojoining after ident (Bug#5521).
